Shootings in Marbella

It is worth noting that a few weeks ago, with just two days apart, two incidents with firearms were recorded in Marbella. Both took place on the same street and at a similar time. In the first one, a man was injured by gunfire in both an arm and a leg. The 061 evacuated him to the Costa del Sol Hospital for treatment, although his condition was not serious.

It was 11:15 in the evening when several witnesses called the Emergency Health Service 112 Andalusia to report that a shooting had occurred on Calle la Yedra, and apparently, several people were involved. The initial reports stated that the injured person had been hit by a bullet in the back.

In the second incident, witnesses reported hearing shots in the Nueva Andalucía area. However, this time, no one was injured by gunfire. Just before 1 a.m., residents alerted the Emergency Health Service 112 Andalucia that they had heard shots. Some insisted that it was the second occasion since Saturday night and asked for the police to come. Also, on this occasion, they warned that the perpetrator or perpetrators had used a vehicle to flee the scene.
